We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 11am MT may be processed the following business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (available on all methods of shipping).

Shipping times may vary and we can’t guarantee the arrival date of any order, but we promise to get your order out as quickly as possible! Please keep in mind we get backlogged during the holidays season, and it could take longer.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIMELINE?

Due to the current high volume of shipments and the effects of the global epidemic, the shipping company cannot guarantee an estimated delivery date. Please be sure to keep a close eye on your tracking to follow its journey!

For Australia, the United Kingdom, and Germany, duties, and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

For other international countries, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that NBVAB does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Check your track and trace number

You can check your parcel with the tracking number mainly at www.17track.net, or like aftership.com.

Why there are two different tracking numbers when I check my tracking?

Firstly, the tracking number is divided into 2 parts, the first part is from our warehouse to the destination country. And the second tracking code is generated by your local shipping company. For example, your tracking number is UG313XXX57YUP, the red part of the picture is the destination tracking number, you can track it with your local shipping company with the second part of a tracking number.

There are frequent local shipping carrier companies under the list, please find by your country name, and its part of them not all of them, if you couldn’t find correct information please contact [email protected], with your order number.
